We know you have endless options for eye care providers but we couldn't be more excited to welcome you to Thomas Vision Clinic. Here are a few things to keep in mind about your upcoming appointment:

  • Bring in all prescription eyewear (glasses, sunglasses, computer glasses, contact lenses, etc.). Knowing your old prescription powers will allow Dr. Cowan to compare your new powers and discuss with you any changes that may have occurred.
  • Bring a photo ID and ALL insurance cards with you to your appointment. If you are covered under Tricare, you must bring a state issued ID (driver's licenses) AND your military ID (this will serve as your insurance card).
  • If you are considering contact lenses, please review our Contact Lens Exam policy.
  • We know your time is valuable, so we ask that you arrive NO EARLIER than 10 minutes to your appointment. To be fair - we schedule appointments for a reason & everyone is seen in the order they are scheduled. You may call or text us to inquire about early arrival, sometimes we may be able to accommadate early arrivals due to last minute cancellations. This is not a guarantee.
  • We stay very busy and appointments are hard to come by. For this reason, we charge a $25.00 "no-show" fee for missed appointments.  If you're unable to make your appointment, you must call or text us PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged this fee.
  • We understand things come up unexpectedly that may cause you to run late. If you see that you will be late for your appointment, please call or text us. We may have to reschedule your appointment.
  • Dilation is required for children 7 & younger.
  • We offer discounts on glasses: 20% Military, 10% Senior Citizen, 50% off second pairs.
  • We're easy to find - but here's directions just in case!
  • We're easy to reach - call, text, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. & even messenger!

We are LOOKing forward to SEEing you!
